Does not seem to affect the machine when I am using it. I suspect it is causing the boot time to be longer than necessary though. I am a new user and thus will need to be guided like a little child. I'm pretty sure the machine is waiting for me to do something but I am too ignorant to know what that is. Here is the complete notification on boot screen.

If your system doesn't proceed, then it is a problem. The system doesn't expect any input from you. If the system boots, then it is normal. – Pilot6 Jun 14 '22 at 12:37
  • Thank you for your response. The system boots and runs fine. – Katrid Jun 14 '22 at 13:23
