Why can't I turn on bluetooth?

I have a desktop computer with Ubuntu 22.04 and I have a bluetooth usb adapter like this:

I tried to verify what is happening with the bluetooth running the command sudo dmesg |grep -i bluetooth And the terminal ouputs this:

I tried to solve the issue using answers from following forums but they were of no help:
