I thought nobara - > ubuntu would fix this, but it really, really didn't. Vivaldi tabs are glitching the heck out. image
Their forum told me to disable vSync, but I've looked all over the internet and can't find how. They said it was a GPU problem with rendering and my Nvidia GPU. Please help me.
