I have Samsung Galaxy Book 2 laptop (NT950XEV-G51A) and QCY T-13 earbuds.

I think I successfully connected them through Bluetooth and I can hear laptop sounds from these earbuds. But they are disconnteced too frequently.

Both devices are fully charged and the PC has been updated to the latest OS. There is no obstacle between the PC and the earbuds.

Would there be a solution to this?

  • There's a lot of references online to these buds disconnecting frequently. Do yours work better connected to a different host? Do other BT devices work better with your laptop? – music2myear Jan 08 '23 at 05:56
