I have Lenovo G580 (old) laptop, it has a power adapter problem (the wire is a bit teared).
I want to buy a suitable one from locally.. obviously no exact same adapter here. It says its specs are 100-240V 1.7A input and 20V, 3.25A output

Obviously they are a bit different than mine.. I went to a shop yesterday and he offered similar stuff (there, too, was a little difference) and he recommended they would work fine (he still needs to make sure the port fits into the laptop well)
