I am running ClamAV on a system that is offline(or for practical purposes blocks the URLs from where ClamAV downloads its AV definitions which is similar to it being offline). I replaced the definitions inside the folder /var/lib/clamav and /var/run/clamav however it stops running after some time without any obvious errors. There's nothing in the logs either, except for the fact that due to certificate issues, it isn't able to download latest definitions. Is there a way to make ClamAV run offline by manually replacing the AV definitions?
