I have 25 years in IT Service Management and Technical Support of PC's (Level 2, 3 and 4) I possess deep experience in Network, CICS/RISC Midrange servers, Mainframe, Helpdesk, Incident/Problem and Change Management. I am ITIL certified along with a smattering of MS Certs. Currently working for one of the top 3 Computer/Services companies in the world and have my own local PC repair shop in the evenings and weekends.
