I'm a generic geek who knows a little bit about a lot of different things - and a lot about a few things. I do IT support for a large company and have worked may different IT support positions including troubleshooting, training and documentation. I primarily focus on helping people use technology in a beneficial way and to try to help them wade through the techno babble. I always keep in mind that not everyone is a techie.
