I'm using ubuntu 19.10 and was downloading wine 5.0 and after adding the repository i ran this.

sudo apt update && sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable

and it gives me this.

    I see no fewer than *five* non-Ubuntu sources listed in your output, so a "*you have requested an impossible situation*" warning is not surprising. Wean yourself away from so many PPAs, and your system will start working again. – user535733 Apr 13 '20 at 03:12

I removed some unimportant PPAs and it worked again.
