not Install DKMS package from PPA | how i install it

That particular repository does not have a release of anbox-support for Focal Fossa. It may have had one for Bionic Beaver but has not been updated. You can force it using advice from this link but it is not recommended by me.
However this worked! (see comments below)

sudo snap install --edge --devmode anbox

That command doesn't work either. The last version on which `sudo snap install --edge --devmode anbox` worked was Ubuntu 17.04. – karel Aug 10 '20 at 03:57
