I have these drivers to pick and I don't know which one. I'm asking this because I'm stuck to the 5.11.0-18-gereric instead of the latest one, when I try to boot from the latest one it just freezes.

Thanks in advance

According to https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ the 465 is the right driver. It sound like you have other issues than the driver if it is freezing. Can you update your question and add more details like what version of Ubuntu you are using and where it is freezing at? Also, add in the output of `dkms status` from a working kernel. There is a chance that the driver may not be installed into the newest kernel properly. – Terrance Jul 01 '21 at 13:30

You might need to remove the newest kernel if it is freezing like that and then maybe let it reinstall or wait till they release a newer kernel update. https://askubuntu.com/questions/343066/how-to-delete-a-non-working-kernel-after-update – Terrance Jul 01 '21 at 14:12
