I tried to install a software from Ubuntu Software but i am getting an error :

'''Unable to install Photo GIMP:

status-code=409 kind-snap-change-conflict

message=snap "photogimp" has "install-snap" change in progress'''

  • Please edit your question and include the outputs of `sudo apt update` and `sudo apt upgrade`. If no updates are pending and there are no errors, please try `sudo apt install gimp`. So that there is no info lost and so we can parse the information, use `monospace` formatting for commands and terminal output. You can do this by adding three back ticks on the line before and three back ticks on the line after each command and each output. – Nmath Jul 26 '21 at 02:27

This kind of error usually occurs if snapd is *already* trying to install the software. Snaps tend to be fairly large, and so require time to download and install. – user535733 Jul 26 '21 at 02:30
