I recently upgraded from 20.04 to 22.04 on my Lenovo Yoga 2 laptop (current kernel version is 5.15.0-48-generic). Since then, keyboard input (both from laptop and USB keyboards) is no longer recognized in applications like Chrome, Discord, etc. Shortcuts like Ctrl+Alt+T or the function keys still work and I can still type in the terminal or in OS menus like Settings.

The keyboard works fine when booting in recovery mode. It weirdly also works fine if I drop to a shell from the login screen and then start X with startx. The latter method has other drawbacks however, so I would really prefer to be able to boot normally.

I tried to reinstall xserver-xorg-input-all as well as this suggested solution but to no avail. Any hints what else I could try would be greatly appreciated.
