I have a libpepflashplayer.so file. I am on 20.04 Ubuntu, arm64. The file is arm64 too. But ldd shows me that it's not a dynamic executable.

not a dynamic executable
Note: I know that Flash Player is dead but I need to open a flash file. I don't have any other options than open the swf file. I remember that it didn't worked for me earlier. What should I do to get it working??
