    the Deadsnakes PPA does not support Kinetic in its releases. As a result, you're using a PPA that doesn't support Kinetic. Remove the PPA from your configuration. If you need newer Python in Kinetic 22.10 it's suggested that you use something like `pyenv` (after running `sudo apt build-dep python3.10` to get all build dependencies) which compiles and installs Python within userspace. – Thomas Ward Dec 03 '22 at 23:58
