im not getting fingerprint enable option at user and im tried to install fingerprint GUI but below mentioned error accured.

    PPAs are 3rd party repositories, so all checks are you on to perform. Did you do any checks, as a simple read of https://launchpad.net/~fingerprint/+archive/ubuntu/fingerprint-gui would have told you "*NOTE: Fingerprint GUI is no longer maintained and is not compatible with Ubuntu 20.04 and newer*". – guiverc Dec 12 '22 at 10:33
