PPA's don't forget are *personal package archives* which means 3rd party; so all checks are your responsibility. A quick check of https://launchpad.net/~gnome3-team/+archive/ubuntu/gnome3 (*which I obtained from your question paste actually as I didn't know it!*) will quickly show support up to 18.04; thus no support for *jammy* or 22.04 should have prevented you from adding it. – guiverc Feb 24 '23 at 07:06
