I tried to share a folder from windows to Ubuntu, but I couldn't find the 'devices' option in the menu bar. Then I followed the instructions at https://askubuntu.com/a/911703/1681337 , but now all menu bar is missing. Here I attached a picture of my Ubuntu desktop and a some information. I had a hard time interpreting some words like Unity and Compiz.

  • Try to press `Right Control` + `Home` to open visibility settings and then you should be able to reactivate the menu-bar – Betzalel Maor Mar 15 '23 at 20:59
