How to check ubuntu server linux kernel and its source code?

I am preparing new TCP congestion control algorithm and implementing that into ubuntu server OS.

I downloaded ubuntu-22.04.2-live-server-amd64.iso and installing on a machine.

Just now, some questions.

Where I can got linux kernel source code of that ubuntu server version and how to build that ?
