tr.archive.ubuntu.com refuses connections, tried on my mobile and on a ubuntu 20 machine. Looks like it doesn't work.

    send an email to rt@ubuntu.com about the mirror being down. We can't do anything about dead or broken mirrors - by the time the mirror admins see the ticket it'll either be resolved and the mirror back up or they'll switch it to a different endpoint so it 'functions' – Thomas Ward Jul 30 '23 at 21:54
