after running: sudo apt update

this is returned to me: E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/oguzhaninan/stacer/ubuntu jammy Release' does not have a Release file.

How do i deal with it?

Does this answer your question? [What can I do if a repository/PPA does not have a Release file?](https://askubuntu.com/questions/866901/what-can-i-do-if-a-repository-ppa-does-not-have-a-release-file). You can not use this repository, remove it from your system. – mook765 Aug 20 '23 at 19:45
  • That PPA does not support Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy. You need to remove that PPA. See the linked answer from mook765. – Thomas Ward Aug 20 '23 at 20:26
  • PPAs or *Personal Package Archives* are 3rd party sources don't forget, so all security checks as to if they're good products, useful for your release, well maintained etc are all on you to perform. Did you check? To me looking at https://launchpad.net/~oguzhaninan/+archive/ubuntu/stacer shows brief work in 2019 for specific releases of that time & I'd not have added it (*nothing there of value for any release beyond 19.04*) That page was taken from your question too. – guiverc Aug 20 '23 at 22:52
