CHIRP is an open source app created to program multiple parameters such as receive frequency, transmit offset, DTMF tones, and digital access codes into an attached amateur band radio from a PC. Linux is its preferred OS, although it also runs under MacOS X and Windows. It supports dozens of different models of radio transceivers.
