Questions about Quarkcoin are off topic. Quarkcoin or Quark is a peer-to-peer Internet currency based on Bitcoin with an average time between blocks of 30 seconds. There is an expected money supply of 247 Million QRK, and then fixed number of Quarks per block amounting to about 1 Million per years. QRK retargets the difficulty every 20 blocks (approx. every 10 minutes).
