Surry for bad english. In windows 10 21h2 (i don't remember this problem in older versions) TextBoxes in Notepad and windows explorer split words when it is not ended in the last place of line, even if it is a small word which can go to the next line.
EDIT: This not happens in english words. but happens in persian. look at this: img
As you can see, it splits "آزمایشی" to "آزمای" and "شی". Note that in persian, "ی" is for end of word and "یـ" is for first and middle of word. but because of splitting, it is wrote as "ی" not with the currect format: "یـ"
Also Word Wrap is ON.
