Well, to be specific, I really would like to run persona5R in another language.

What I tried:

So for the first part, I have to run the game in the WindowsApps folder, to try this, I tried to run "Halo Wars 2" in the folder.

I followed this guide: https://www.maketecheasier.com/access-windowsapps-folder-windows-10/#auditing (with the "Second Method") to get into the folder.And find the folder that has the game. I tried the same Method trying to run HaloWars2_WinAppDX12Final.exe.And failed.enter image description here.I think that's due to I can't find the “Replace owner on sub containers and objects” check in the "Advanced Security Settings" menu.And from here, I really don't know what else to do.

To run apps in another language:

https://xupefei.github.io/Locale-Emulator/ But this doesn't work in this case,for it doesn't show up in the context menu.

Can I Start particular program with different language settings in Windows I have some confidence this will work. But I can't even run the exe file.

I'm using Windows11 pro.
