I am having an issue with my Razer Mamba Elite mouse and X-Mouse Button Control on Windows 10. I recently made the decision to ditch Razer Synapse and other Razer software, so I uninstalled them. This meant sacrificing the ability to remap the buttons on the mouse, so naturally I installed X-Mouse Button Control to replace this functionality.

For some reason however, in X-Mouse Button Control any time I push mousewheel left or right, it is lighting up Mouse 4 and Mouse 5 respectively. The actual Mouse 4 and 5 also trigger Mouse 4 and 5 in the software. Is this perhaps because I uninstalled the razer products? I can't for the life of me figure out why mousewheel left/right are not mapping properly within X-Mouse.

Adding to the strangeness, when I quit X-Mouse Button Control completely, the macros that I had previously set up within Synapse still work, despite no longer having the software installed. This would be all well and good in isolation but unfortunately I also use a different bluetooth mouse at my work desk, so X-Mouse Button Control is required there to match the functionality of my Mamba.

For those wondering, I use Mouse 4 and 5 to trigger CTRL+WIN+Left/Right so I can scroll through my desktops. I use mousewheel left/right as Back/Forward (such as in a browser to go back).
