I have a UDMP with multiple networks, each supplying their own search domain(s) via the Custom DHCP Option of 119 in the Dream Machine Pro. I can see on my machines - specifically my MacBook, that these Search Domains are being passed through to the computers, but when I try to type in, say, unifi (to access my UDMP), the browser does not resolve anything.
In addition, dig and nslookup do not return anything for unifi either - so it's as if the Search Domains are not working for my local network.
I have a Pi-hole set as my primary (and only) DNS server, so I'm wondering if there's a misconfiguration in the Pi-hole and/or dnsmasq. But if there is, I can't find it.
Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?
