I enabled the OpenSSH-Server feature on my Windows machine but I'm not able to run wsl.exe from PowerShell after having SSH'ed into the machine.

The error I get is:

The file cannot be accessed by the system.

Locally, I can run wsl.exe from PowerShell just fine but it doesn't work remotely using SSH.

  • In the future using version specific Windows tags, and specifying which version of Windows you are using, will allow you to receive answers faster. In this case it was already asked and answered. – Ramhound Dec 30 '22 at 17:14
