My company's security policy prevents us from installing macfuse (FUSE on MacOS) due to it requiring "Reduced Security" mode.

I would like to use rclone on MacOS, is it possible to do so without macfuse?

I know on Windows rclone mount can mount a remote as a network drive. Alternatively, is it possible have rclone mount start/work with a local smb share I can mount the directories with?

My research indicates that Rclone cannot mount without fuse. If you control the server, you could use another protocol such as WebDAV. – harrymc Jan 24 '23 at 15:29
