Multiple FAT32 partitions called SYSTEM - with access being denied

Question

I have multiple, perhaps spurious, FAT32 partitions labelled SYSTEM. as seen below:

When I try to access it using Admin right then I have the following error message:

Where did they come from, and is it safe to delete them?
