my security audit log shows that advapi is doing a special login frequently:

Recently, I was also getting a blue screen every few days (although, this Advapi has been logging in well before this)
I've dun an AVG deep scan, but it picked up nothing. That being said, it mentioned it couldn't scan some files, it didn't tell me which these are.
How can I tell if this is a benign or malicious service? Or, should I just do a full format as there's no way to tell?
