I am a Lecturer at Newcastle University, UK. My focus is on Digital Health, HCI, and Software Engineering.

I am currently researching Digital Biomarkers (and behavioural digital biomarkers) for various mental and physical health conditions.

Previously I have researched co-creation of mobile apps and services for older adults to allow greater access to open data and services, with the intention of supporting independent living and reducing social isolation. I have also worked on developing a tool for detecting the early markers of dementia through everyday computer use.
